Newton CROP Walk

The 25th Annual Newton CROP Walk
Sunday, October 15

Come Walk with Us!

CROP Hunger Walks are "Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty"-- neighbors walking together to take a stand against hunger in our world.  Together we raise awareness and funds for international relief and development, as well as local hunger-fighting.

Come join us on Sunday, October 15th, for this 6.2 mile walk in Newton, MA. To register, click here. The walk begins at 1pm, with registration tables opening at 12:30pm.

The Newton CROP Walk starts at the United Parish of Auburndale, at 64 Hancock Street -- the corner of Hancock and Woodland Streets, just behind Lasell College in the Auburndale Village of Newton.  For directions, click here.

Episcopal Parish of the Messiah and the United Parish of Auburndale will be co-hosting the CROP Walk, and the Sutherland Pipe Band will kick off the walk with rousing bagpipe music. You'll have a great time, walking with friends as you help stop hunger in our town and in our world.

You can register today, or sponsor one of our walkers, just by clicking here. To learn more about the CROP Walk, visit www.cropwalk.org . If you have questions, or would like to volunteer, contact Mary Donchez at 617-965-7441.
